9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Presented by Rick Krivanka
Over the past 20 years remarkable discoveries have been made in the field of neuroscience about the human brain and the significance of emotion in every person. Almost 500 years ago, St. Ignatius recognized the importance of emotion in spiritual growth and what fills and satisfies the soul. This retreat will provide conversation and reflection on a diversity of perspectives regarding the central importance of emotions and emotional intelligence in everyday life settings and their impact upon relationships, leadership and well-being.
The day begins with coffee and pastry at 8:30 am and includes lunch.
