Individually Directed Retreats
What is an individually directed retreat? An individually directed retreat is time away by yourself where you can welcome Christ more deeply into your daily life. These retreats may last anywhere between three to thirty days. As a participant you will be assigned a personal retreat director who will guide you through the retreat process. Your personal director will lead you through an exploration of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola. These exercises will move you closer to God through the gift of prayer. Through daily meetings with the director the retreatant is guided in: Like most retreats, the environment will be peaceful and quiet, with daily Liturgy.
