The retreat presenters will draw upon their personal experiences with missionaries serving the people of El Salvador and the lessons of mercy we might learn from Blessed Oscar Romero, the four Church women and the Jesuit Martyrs.
Fr. Tom, a Jesuit for over 50 years and professor at John Carroll, has taught theology, moral decision making and social justice, and is a chaplain for the incarcerated. Sr. Sheila, an Ursuline for over 50 years, has been a teacher of peace and justice, Cleveland Mission Team member, urban parish minister and works with spirituality programs for the homeless.
