Spring Scripture Study: Scripture Alive

Sometimes it’s hard to get a grasp of the Sunday liturgical readings. This four week session will explore selected elements of the Gospel of St. Matthew with attention to certain readings from the current Sunday lectionary. Sessions are designed to be open and accessible to those with varying levels of familiarity with the text. Various interpretive techniques will be used. The text will also be examined to discern what implications it may hold for contemporary Christian discipleship. This compelling four part series will be offered as a series of Monday evening sessions from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. The cost is $50.00 for the series.
